As Executive Creative Director of Creations at world-renowned Cirque du Soleil for 16 years, he used this unique ability to spearhead the creation of many groundbreaking shows and unforgettable experiences. In fact, Welby led the creation of the Cirque’s hit show Michael Jackson ONE together with celebrated director Jamie King in Las Vegas. It is his keen eye for exceptional talent, his inspiration for moving stories and the emotional effect he generates through live experiences that leave audiences profoundly moved.

Welby believes in using harmony to create a lasting impression, connecting artists to their inner genius in order to leverage talent for the greater good. He currently supports the creative development and creative thinking of ambitious projects around the world and loves discovering new dreamers-doers. Welby currently leads with its Group CEO, a transformative work effort as Group CCO of Singapore based entertainement company, Cityneon.
